Accounts
- You are responsible for the accuracy of account information you provide.

- You must protect access to your account and notify support if you suspect unauthorized use.
- You may not share, sell, transfer, or allow others to use your account unless a written plan or agreement permits it.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid features may require an active subscription. Prices, billing intervals, renewal terms, taxes, and included access are presented at checkout or in account billing areas. Subscriptions may renew until canceled according to the available account or billing tools.
Intellectual property
Prime Learning and its licensors own the platform, software, design, original practice questions, explanations, learning content, trademarks, and other protected materials. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the platform as permitted by your account and subscription.
User-generated content
If you submit feedback, support messages, content suggestions, or other materials, you grant Prime Learning permission to use them to operate, secure, support, and improve the platform. Do not submit confidential information, actual certification exam content, or material you do not have the right to share.
Availability
Prime Learning works to provide reliable access, but the platform may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, infrastructure issues, security events, third-party providers, or circumstances outside our control.

Prime Learning is provided for educational preparation only. We do not guarantee certification, employment, salary increases, promotions, passing scores, or that any practice question will appear on an actual certification examination. Performance on Prime Learning does not predict actual certification exam scores.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prime Learning will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or exam outcome decisions arising from platform use.
Governing law
Unless a written agreement states otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Prime Learning operating entity identified in your order, invoice, or account records, without regard to conflict of law principles. Mandatory consumer protections continue to apply where required.
