Certification names remain the property of their respective owners. Practice questions are original educational content. No guarantee is made regarding examination outcomes, actual certification exam scores, or that any practice question will appear on an actual certification examination. The platform is intended to supplement study, not replace official training, documentation, or practical experience.

Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Prime Learning handles information when you visit the site, create an account, subscribe, use practice exams, contact support, or interact with platform features.

Information collected

  • Account information, such as name, email address, authentication identifiers, and profile preferences.
  • Learning activity, such as selected certifications, practice sessions, answers, scores, progress, review activity, and certification interests.
  • Subscription information, such as plan selection, billing status, renewal state, invoices, and transaction identifiers.
  • Support information, such as messages, attachments you choose to provide, and platform issue details.
  • Technical information, such as browser, device, IP address, session data, error logs, and usage events.

Authentication information

Prime Learning uses Supabase Auth as the identity provider. Authentication records may include account identifiers, email address, OAuth provider information, session metadata, and security logs needed to operate sign-in and account access.

Subscription information

Subscription and checkout workflows may be processed by Stripe or another payment provider. Prime Learning may receive billing status, plan, customer ID, subscription ID, invoice status, and payment-result metadata. Prime Learning does not store full payment card numbers.

Usage analytics

Prime Learning may use usage analytics to understand product performance, troubleshoot issues, improve learning workflows, detect abuse, and evaluate which features need improvement. Analytics are used for platform operation and product improvement, not to guarantee learning outcomes.
