  • Keep your account email current so subscription and access notices reach you.
  • Do not share your account credentials or allow another person to use your subscription.

Subscriptions and billing

Subscription access depends on the active plan, renewal status, and payment processing result. Billing is handled through third-party payment providers, and Prime Learning does not store full payment card numbers.

Practice exams

  • Select a certification and practice length that fits your study session.
  • Use short sessions for warmups and focused review.
  • Use custom filters when you want to practice a specific domain, difficulty, or question type.
  • Review explanations after submitting so you understand the principle behind each answer.

Content feedback

If a question appears unclear, outdated, or technically incorrect, contact support with the certification, question context, and a short explanation. Prime Learning reviews feedback as part of content quality improvement.

Accessibility support

If a page, question format, or account workflow is difficult to use with assistive technology, contact support with the page URL, browser, assistive technology, and a description of the barrier.
