Acceptable Use Policy

Rules for responsible use of Prime Learning accounts, content, subscriptions, and platform features.Last updated: June 30, 2026

Prime Learning provides educational preparation materials only. Prime Learning is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or certified by CompTIA, ISC2, ISACA, PMI, Cisco, Microsoft, AWS, Axelos, Scrum Alliance, PeopleCert, EC-Council, or any certification body unless explicitly stated. Certification names remain the property of their respective owners. Practice questions are original educational content. No guarantee is made regarding examination outcomes, actual certification exam scores, or that any practice question will appear on an actual certification examination. The platform is intended to supplement study, not replace official training, documentation, or practical experience.

Prohibited activities

  • Using the platform for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
  • Attempting to bypass authentication, billing, access controls, rate limits, or entitlement checks.
  • Uploading malware, attempting unauthorized access, or interfering with platform security or availability.
  • Harassing, threatening, or abusing support staff or other users.

Account sharing

Accounts and subscriptions are for the authorized user or organization according to the applicable plan. Sharing credentials, reselling access, or allowing unauthorized users to access paid content is prohibited.

Cheating and exam integrity

Do not submit, request, upload, distribute, or trade actual certification exam questions, answer dumps, copyrighted exam bank material, or confidential certification content. Prime Learning supports ethical preparation using original educational materials.

Abuse of platform features

  • Do not use support, feedback, or learning tools to submit spam, harmful code, misleading information, or abusive content.
  • Do not attempt to manipulate scores, progress records, billing state, or access entitlements.
  • Do not impersonate another person or misrepresent organizational affiliation.

Reverse engineering

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, probe, or attempt to derive source code, models, datasets, prompts, business logic, or security controls except where such restriction is prohibited by law.

Automated scraping

Automated scraping, crawling, bulk downloading, data mining, credential stuffing, or use of bots to extract content or overload the platform is prohibited without written permission.

Intellectual property violations

Do not copy, distribute, publish, sell, or create unauthorized derivative works from Prime Learning content. Do not upload or submit content that infringes another party's intellectual property rights.

Enforcement

Prime Learning may investigate suspected violations and may limit, suspend, or terminate access when necessary to protect users, the platform, certification integrity, intellectual property, or legal compliance.
